Pricing
Off-the-Shelf Service
Pricing for our PerformancePlus off-the-shelf service is based on the number of responses or questionnaires completed. So if there are 10 people each being assessed by 6 others (one manager, two peers, two subordinates and of course themselves) then there will be 60 (10x6) responses in total. The cost per response is determined via a sliding scale with discounts for greater volumes.
So, based on the example above - it would cost £1,500 (0.00 euros) to run the complete 360 feedback process for 60 reponses (this includes the final reports).

There is no expensive set-up cost so our service is just as effective for small numbers of people as it is for larger numbers. You can use it simply to get feedback for one person in your organisation. Why not try this as a trial of our service and get some feedback on yourself based on one of our PerformancePlus competency frameworks?
Custom Service
We will provide a quote based on our estimate of how long it will take to develop a solution to meet your requirements. In some cases it could be as little as a day working with one of our programmers putting your own 360 questionnaire online. In other cases clients will want to work with one of our development consultants to help design their competency framework and its associated questionnaire, then of course put it all online. Those opting for our custom service will be offered special rates for actually running a 360 feedback survey. We can also negotiate special rates for long term or volume use. Contact us and tell us what you need and we will try and help.
Consultancy Support
We can also provide 'live' support to help you manage the 360 process in your organisation. This support package provides access via e-mail or telephone to one of our development consultants who will guide you through the whole process and help you get it right first time in your organisation. This service is charged at £1,200 (0.00 euros) for up to 10 hours support time.
