Initially our PerformancePlus competency frameworks focus on three key areas; Leadership, Management and Global Leadership for those managing in larger trans-national organisations. We are currently working on new PerformancePlus competency frameworks.
If none of those listed here suit your requirements we can develop a questionaire based on your own unique competency framework and then host this in your own private area of the site. We are also working with a number of partners to develop online questionnaires for their specialist competency frameworks.
