VSP Partners
When you become a Feedback360 Online VSP (Virtual Service Provider) Partner, you receive effectively a "white label" product which is branded solely with your own company logos and colours. Our presence is all but invisible to your clients; you have complete control over the customer relationship and pricing. You can invoice your customers directly, which also enables you to package the service with your other services as a complete solution.
The VSP Partnership allows you to effectively add another arm to your business while completely bypassing the costs and risks associated with starting-up and running such a service. Referral Partners
When you become a Feedback360 Referral Partner, we will create for you a co-branded portal page which your clients can use to login to our service. The portal page is customised with your company branding and your choice of text, and it can be directly linked to your website. Additionally, when your clients log out of our service, they will be redirected back to your portal page where they are given the opportunity to return to your website.
Once they have logged into our website, your company logo will be featured on each page (although our branding will also remain) so that the idea is reinforced to the client that you are truly involved in the provision of this service to them.
We can also offer a co-branded registration page which can allow visitors to your website to sign-up and use our service without any intervention on your part. You'll only know about them when we send you money!
