Our Service
At the core of our service is an online questionnaire that through a carefully designed series of questions measures individual performance against a specific set of 'competencies'. Generally these are extracted from an agreed 'competency framework' for the company, the role, or the position of the individual. It definitely isn't a 'one size fits all' approach, so it's worth spending some time deciding what competencies you want to measure as part of the feedback process.

Anatomy of a Successful 360 Questionnaire
Our questionnaires are designed to establish performance over a selection of competencies. Each competency has between three and 10 questions associated with it.
Questions are designed to get one of the following responses - Never, Sometimes, Mostly, Always. A middle response is avoided in order to overcome the tendency to choose the 'middle-of-the-road' option. Generally all questions are weighted equally but in certain circumstances some questions can carry more 'weight' than others; in other words the response to these questions is more important than the response to others.
Viewing Results
Results are presented to individuals in two formats - an easy to use graphical format that enables an individual to quickly assess their performance against the various competencies and a full report that lists the responses numerically for all raters and for all questions.
What Next?
One of the criticisms of 360 feedback is that the results are too complex to be a useful precursor to any development activity. That's why we make our reports simple enough to understand - so that it's clear what development activities will help. For our PerformancePlus competency frameworks we are also linking the results directly to 'development action plans'. This functionality can also be developed as part of our custom service.
